1) We will take your one rep max (1RM) on Dealift, Press and PowerClean. This will be Total ? Your bodyweight (not published)

2) Tabata Calorie Row will be added to total from Line 1

3) 400M Run 100 Squats 400M Run?timewill be subtraced from Line 2

Rules:

Entry is $10 and dud Nov 12

Everything must be completed by November 24th

Judges must witness lifts and workouts. You can do them as many times as you want and top scores will count, others will be tossed off.
