The Justice Dept. is arguing that German law banning home schooling does not violate the family?s human rights.
Under German law, their social services agency can remove children from the custody of their parents if the parents are found to be home schooling their children. According to the Barky regime, removing children from parental custody for "improper education" is no big deal. It's an unsurprising perspective, given that regressives progressives have been telling us for years that we should be more like Europe.
